7:30 a.m. Shuttle vans will stage at AC Marriot Hotel valet area on Pattee St and depart for Lubrecht
8:15 a.m. Breakfast at Lubrecht National Forest Conference Center
9:00 a.m. Brave New World of NIL & Associated TIX Issues - Max Forer & Naomi Haslitt of Miller Nash LLP
10:30 a.m. Break
10:45 a.m. Discussion focused on the most difficult employment and student issues - led by Natasha Baker of Novus Law Firm
12:30 Lunch
1:30 p.m. Times Are Changing: OCR’s Enforcement of TIX and TVI - led by Josh Richards of Saul Ewing
