Who is My Advisor?

Students with a declared major will be assigned a faculty or professional advisor through their major department.  If you have an assigned advisor, you will see their contact information in the Advisors section of your Student Profile located under Student Services in Cyberbear.

Freshmen and Sophomores

Contact Logan Rushing for advising in the H&S Advising Center, located in Liberal Arts 133. 

Juniors and Seniors

You will be assigned a faculty advisor. If there is no faculty advisor listed they should seek advising from Meradeth Snow in Social Sciences 225.

How Do I Meet With My Advisor?

You can schedule an appointment with your Faculty Advisor through email.

Schedule with Logan through email or Navigate:

• Go to Navigate (use your net ID and password to log-in).
• On the "Home" page click on your “My Success Network” located on the left hand navigation bar.
• In “Navigate|Home” you will see your assigned primary advisor. Click on “Schedule Appointment” to schedule an advising appointment with your advisor.
• Your advisor’s available appointment hours are listed as “Appointment Availability.” Click on “sign up” at desired date and time you want your appointment to occur (You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully scheduling your appointment).
