This isn’t your traditional food court, you will find this location supports only local talent and local businesses from our community partners.

Tagliare Delicatessen
Tagliare Delicatessen joins campus as its third Missoula location, bringing along the sandwiches and music-inspired names that have made the local deli stand out. Choose from sandwiches like the Zeppelin, Green Day, Beach Boy, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queen, Weezer, Radiohead and more, with combinations featuring meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, pesto, aiolis and other flavorful ingredients. Vegetarian options are available, and any sandwich can also be made as a salad.
Gary's Local Burgers
Gary’s keeps it simple: one burger, made one way, the good way. Local Montana beef is topped with melty American cheese and grilled local sweet onions when in season, all served on an onion-steamed Martin’s potato bun. You may already know Gary’s from its iconic metal food trucks around Missoula. Now, you can find that same local favorite right here on campus. Add a swirl of soft-serve ice cream for something sweet, or grab a Party Pack when you’re feeding a larger group.
Nautical Bowls
Nautical Bowls offers a colorful lineup of bowls featuring flavorful bases, fresh fruit and plenty of toppings. Try a signature favorite like the Nauti Bowl, featuring açaí, pitaya, granola, banana, cacao nibs and freshly ground peanut butter, or customize a bowl to make it your own. Prefer a straw to a spoon? Nautical Bowls is also serving smoothies, including the Strawberry Banana Breeze, Island Cloud, Green Oasis and PB Cacao Cruise. With flavors ranging from strawberry and banana to tropical fruit, greens, peanut butter and cacao, there are plenty of ways to find a favorite.

Meet Hailey
As Executive Sous Chef of retail dining, Hailey Palmer mentors a student-centric workforce that is learning the finer details of collegiate dining. They gain important skills, like understanding the complexities of wine and beer and how to pair them with foods, navigating a crowded kitchen at a lunch rush, and providing outstanding guest service along the way. Hailey and her team serve locally sourced foods, many harvested from the Iron Griz garden.
