Iron Griz: American Bistro is a seasonal restaurant operated by University of Montana Campus Dining, open May through August at the UM Golf Course. The menu is shaped by Chef Hailey Palmer’s personal approach to American cuisine. Iron Griz features locally sourced food through University of Montana's Farm to College program and fresh produce from its on-site garden.
