Course Description:
Offered spring; offered summer in odd-number years. EDSP 461 is an in-depth study of the principles and procedures for managing problem behaviors with an emphasis on prevention and classroom management. A clinical experience is required.
- Allow 4 hours/week to be scheduled during school hours (approximately 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., M –F).
Eligibility:
- Full admission to the Special Education Program
- Prerequisite EDSP 462 Introduction to Special Education Law and Policy.
