Who Is Required to Attend
- All incoming exchange students (undergraduate and graduate)
- International non-degree and degree-seeking undergraduate students, including transfer students
Graduate Students
International graduate students (except incoming exchange students) are required to complete a one-on-one immigration check‑in appointment with International Students & Scholars (ISS) upon arrival.
- Graduate students are welcome to attend orientation but must still complete the one-on-one appointment.

Required Documents
Please bring the following to either orientation or your one-on-one appointment:
- Passport (including visa page)
- Signed I‑20 or DS‑2019
