Area Desk:
The Area Desk for Miller and Pantzer is located in the ﬁrst ﬂoor lobby of Miller Hall. You can access the following from this desk:
- Temp Keys
- Vacuums
- Cleaning Supplies
- Package Pickup
- Games
- Sporting Equipment
- Kitchen Card
- Cookware
Equipment checkouts are free of charge if returned within 24 hours of checkout
Work Orders:
You can submit a work order once you have been checked in!
- Log into your MyHousing Portal
- Select "Work Orders" in the gray menu bar
- Submit your work order!
LOUNGES & STUDY AREAS:
MP has a variety of amazing study and lounge spaces for everyone living in Miller and Pantzer.

Miller:
- First floor lobby lounge
- A TV lounge located in the basement
- Floors 2-5 have study lounges located between each wing of the building
Pantzer:
- Tv lounges on floors 2-4
- The basement has a variety of lounge, study, and TV spaces
MAIL:

Mail and packages should be sent to residents with their name and room number/building following the template below.

Mail is serviced out of your Area Desk unless the email notification gives different instructions. You will receive an email notice if you have mail or packages and may retrieve them from your Area Desk during desk operating hours. Residents must present their Griz Card or valid photo ID to the Area Desk to retrieve mail or packages.

Accepted Mail and Packages: Only first-class mail, official state/non-profit mail, and paid subscriptions. No junk mail or third-class ads.

Unclaimed Mail and Packages: Mail uncollected for 14+ days will be returned to the sender. Mail for former residents will be forwarded if a current mailing address is in Griz Portal. Otherwise, it will be returned.

Food Deliveries: UM Housing Area Desks do not accept food or grocery deliveries. Residents are responsible for meeting delivery drivers to retrieve their order. Unclaimed items may be discarded, and fees may apply.

Perishable Items: Residents are responsible for picking up perishable items as soon as possible. Area Desks cannot refrigerate items. Items not claimed within 3 days will be disposed of or returned to sender.

LAUNDRY:

The laundry rooms is located in the basement of Miller and Pantzer Hall. There is no additional charge to use the washers and dryers. You will need to provide your own laundry detergent. Only Miller and Pantzer residents may use the washers and dryers. You will need your Griz Card to access the laundry rooms.
Locked Out?

The Miller Area Desk has temporary room cards and building access cards available if you misplaced your room card or Griz Card. Temporary room card check out's are $10.00 and must be returned within 7 days.
