Griz Time Online

DEFINED
GTO stands for Griz Time Online. This web-based data entry interface supports time entry for hourly and student employees. Department administrators enter work hours and approve the time through the same interface.

ACCESS
Department supervisors must complete the GTO Access Request form for all employees in their department who will need access for time entry and/or approval for hourly and/or student payrolls.

TRAINING
The GTO Training Guide offers an overview of both the time entry and approval process, complete with step-by-step instruction and interface screen captures.
