The Community Engagement and Outreach (CEO) Core of the Montana Clinical and Translational Research Center (MCTRC) is dedicated to strengthening community-engaged clinical and translational research across the state. By fostering collaboration between researchers and communities, the CEO Core helps develop sustainable health research projects that address local needs and priorities.
A key initiative is the Montana Health Issues and Priorities (M-HIP) Community Advisory Board, which guides statewide health research efforts. The CEO Core also provides training, mentoring, and resources to help investigators effectively engage with diverse populations. To ensure long-term impact, the Core supports a Practice-Based Research Network and creates opportunities for researchers to share their findings with communities statewide. Through these efforts, the CEO Core is building lasting partnerships and driving meaningful health advancements in Montana.
