Please use our Language Placement Request Form to indicate an interest in taking a language placement test. We use placement assessments to help us place students into language classes that are at an appropriate learning level.

This form can be completed by the student (preferred) or someone assisting the student with language placement (e.g. an academic advisor). It is assumed that the student has some experience with the language in which they are requesting to take the placement test. This experience can have been gained through academic study in grade school (K-12), through self-study, through speaking/reading a language other than English at home or traveling, etc.
