Testing accommodations at Missoula College

Learning Center

The Missoula College Learning Center offers testing services for students working with the Office for Disability Equity. The Learning Center is in Room 022 (on the river level).

On the exam day, present valid photo identification to the Learning Center.

How to schedule exams online

Please note

  • Online booking allows you to schedule exams 5 business days or more in advance.
  • Final exams must be booked by the Monday before the first day of the finals week: Monday, April 29, 2024, by 5 pm for Spring 2024.
  • The room you select may change depending on the testing center’s availability.
  • You may not edit a request once it has been submitted. You may cancel or submit a new request if you need any changes.

First, activate the Test Room Booking

Schedule exams

  • Log in to the ODE Portal Accommodate.
  • Select Test Booking - Schedule.
  • Select New Booking Request.
  • Choose the Course drop-down list to select the class.
  • Select the date and time by clicking Select under Date.
  • Select a start and end time.
  • Select which Building you are trying to schedule at. 
  • Select which type of room you would like under Room(s).
  • Select which days of the week you would like to view and schedule exams for.
  • Click Check Availability.
  • Available testing seats will populate by date. Select the test booking that works best for you.
  • Once you have selected a time slot, Confirm Exam Booking will pop up.
  • Click Submit Request.

After you submit your booking

  • An email will be sent to your instructor requesting approval of the exam booking.
  • You will receive an email when your request has been approved or denied.
  • Check your Junk Email folder if you haven't received any notices from ODE/Accommodate.
