Course Information
Offered autumn and spring, EDU 395 Secondary Methods Field Experience K-8 or 9-12 are professional field experiences designed to be completed as a co-requisite with a subject-specific methods course. Students who completed their introductory field experience at the middle school level must complete this field experience at the high school level. Students who completed their introductory field experience at the high school level must complete this field experience at the middle school level. Admission to the Teacher Education Program is required.
- Class is one credit, credit/no credit course
- Prerequisite EDU 202
- Co-requisite with the secondary method(s) courses in your major field
- Required K-12 classroom field experience hours: Set aside 5 hours/week to be scheduled during traditional school hours (M-F 8-3:30)
