You do not need to file a separate application with the department to become an undergraduate English major. One application to the Admissions Office will suffice. Please see the freshman admission procedures for more details.

A preliminary evaluation of English credits is available from the H&S Advising Center. Please call 406-243-2830 with questions. You may email an unofficial copy of your transcripts for this evaluation to catherine.thogersen@mso.umt.edu. The Admissions Office will evaluate your transcript for general education requirements.
