English Requirements

The English minor is a general minor that can include coursework in Creative Writing, Literature, Film Studies, Linguistics, or Teaching.

Irish Studies Requirements

Courses in Irish culture, history, literature, and language are required to complete this minor.

English Teaching Requirements

Please note that this minor is available only to those students whose primary major is in a teaching field. The English Teaching minor enables students to add English to their teaching license. Upon completion of this degree, students can teach English at the middle and high school levels.
