On-Demand Training Through NEOED Learn
The following courses are available to all UM employees through NEOED Learn. Employees may self-enroll at any time without a formal assignment. Log in at umt.edu/neoed and search for the course by name.
Search Committee Training
This self-paced training is designed for search chairs, search committee members, supervisors, and anyone involved in recruitment and hiring at UM. It takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.

In addition to on-demand and live training, HRS offers personalized training and consultations for departments, supervisors, and teams across campus. Sessions are available in person or virtually and can be tailored to your department's specific needs, experience level, and topic area.
HRS can provide training and consultation support on a wide range of HR topics including hiring and recruitment, performance management, compensation and classification, workplace accommodations, and employee relations. Whether you are onboarding a new team of supervisors, preparing a search committee, or looking for guidance on a specific HR process, we are happy to work with you.
