Photography, Videography, Graphic Design and Signage
Campus Photography
UM Marketing and Communications staff includes UM official photographers who document the people, events and places that make our campus such a special place. These photo services are available to all campus departments and offices. The resulting photographs are available for use by a wide audience and can be made available using the UM Photo Library.
So that we can prioritize projects that align with our strategic goals, we ask that you submit your request for photography services via this form. Once received, your request will be reviewed and the Marketing and Communications team will be in touch to coordinate with you.

Photography Access
UM uses a digital asset management service called Libris. View the UM Photo Library here. Permission to access the UM Photo Library is granted on the basis of need. To request access to the UM Photo Library or for assistance locating an existing photo, email tommy.martino@umontana.edu or call 406-243-66 54.

Graphic DesignÂ
Original graphic art produced by UM is considered on a case-by-case basis and its direct impact to enrollment marketing, retention and recruitment efforts. Complete this form to request graphic design work produced by UM Creative Services. If you have questions, email UM Associate Director of Creative Services Shauna Layton at shauna.Layton@mso.umt.edu.
Additionally, UM Student Life manages a campus wide license to Canva (a graphic design software platform) populated with UM branded assets and templates for use. Many of these assets include postcards, brochures, newsletters, flyers, social media graphics and many more. The software includes UM photography as well.
(UM students do not have access to UM’s branded Canva suite, but all UM students receive a free license for Canva Pro for personal use).

Brand and Student Experience

Request Support from Admissions
The UM Admissions Office can provide admissions materials such as recruitment brochures, stickers and other swag to UM faculty and staff who are attending/hosting events with prospective students in attendance. The Admissions Office can also provide staffing support at some events.
