The purpose of the Wellness Program is to encourage your wellness journey by providing free resources that support your overall health and well-being. Our free programs focus on mental health, fitness, nutrition, meditation, and more.

What We Do
- 1:1 Self-Care Sessions: Focus on you! Set up one-on-one nutrition, personal training, and sound meditation self-care sessions. We’ll meet you where you’re at and help you focus on sustainable changes to improve your overall well-being. Learn more »
- Health Coaching: Let us help with your overall health and well-being goals, with a goal to achieve lasting behavior change. Our expert coaches can help with lifestyle changes related to stress management, time management, sleep, exercise, healthy eating, meditation, and more. Learn more »

Meet the Director

Lydia Czech is the Director of the Public Health Worksite Wellness Program. She received her bachelor's in Health and Human Performance, with a focus in Community Health. She has her certificate in Health Behavior Coaching and she is passionate about helping people find their path to sustainable lifestyle choices that improve long term health outcomes. She also provides guided sound meditations that help people relax in the moment and practice developing mindful self-awareness. She is honored to have the opportunity to support the wellness needs of our hard-working public health professionals.
