Who We Are?
The Youth Safety & Compliance Office (YSCO) serves as the central resource for oversight and compliance of all youth (a person under the age of 18) programs. YSCO will work closely with staff, faculty, students, and community partners to:
- Support safe, well-managed programs
- Provide guidance
- Promote best practices
- Ensure compliance with University standards and applicable laws
Why Is This Important?
Each year, thousands of youth participate in camps, activities, and events at the University of Montana, underscoring the importance of making youth safety a shared responsibility.
