All incoming first-year and transfer students starting at UM and Missoula College are expected to complete the Admitted Student Checklist.

  • The required items are:  

    • Tell Us Your Plans 
    • Housing Application 
    • Academic Interest Questionnaire (freshmen only) 
    • FAFSA Filing Intentions 
    • Final Official Transcript 
    • Health Items 
    • Office for Disability Equity Form 
    • Health Insurance Selection 
    • File FAFSA 
    • Course Placement Process (freshmen only) 

  • Optional checklist items are:  

    • Request Your Free Yard Sign 
    • Supplemental Scholarship Appeal Information (required for UM only) 
    • Davidson Honors College  
    • Franke Global Leadership Initiative 

  • All students with fewer than 30 earned college credits are required to reside in the residence halls unless a waiver has been granted by the University.
