ISB Roof Replacement Project Begins September 21

Summit Roofing will begin roof replacement work on the ISB building starting the week of September 21.

Construction fencing will be installed around portions of the building, and a crane will be on site for approximately 1 to 2 weeks to remove the existing concrete roof tiles.

During crane operations:

  • The west entrance to ISB will be closed.
  • Pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the work area may be temporarily stopped for safety.
  • Portions of the adjacent roadway and parking areas will be restricted as shown on the site map.

Please use caution around the construction zone and follow all posted signage and directions from construction personnel.
