Looking Ahead to 2027-2028 Housing Rates
Students may begin applying for on-campus housing in October 2026; however, housing rates for the 2027-2028 academic year will not be available until they are approved by the Montana Board of Regents in May 2027.
We understand that cost information is an important part of planning for housing. As soon as rates are approved, they will be posted here. Thank you for your patience as we complete the approval process.
Once posted all rates will include high-speed internet and all utilities.
*A $20 per semester program fee will be charged to all residents.
*A $100 per semester LLC program fee will be charged to all residents in the Outdoor Rec LLC.
Common Charges
Charges for policy violations, damages, improper checkouts, and contractual noncompliance will be assessed to the resident's student account and can be viewed in their GrizPortal. This schedule represents a reasonable endeavor to list out the most common charges. Other less common charges may be assessed on a case by case basis. Rates are subject to change and labor charges may apply.
