Looking Ahead to 2027-2028 Housing Rates
Students may begin applying completing their 2027-2028 residence hall application in October 2026. Housing rates and programming fees for the 2027-2028 academic year will be posted by the end of May 2027 after they are approved by the Montana Board of Regents at their May 2027 meeting.
Once posted all rates will include high-speed internet and all utilities.
*A semesterly program fee will be charged to all residents.
*A semesterly LLC program fee will be charged to all residents in the Outdoor Rec LLC and may be applied to other LLCs as rates and programmatic offerings are finalized.
Meal Plans
Students living in the Residence Halls are also required to have a meal plan. For information about meal plan options and rates, please visit Campus Dining.
