The Linguistics Program offers Teaching Assistantship and/or Research Assistantship subject to funding, which include tuition and a stipend. Assistantships are awarded on an annual basis, with the possibility of renewal for a second year. Linguistics Program TA assignments vary depending on Program needs. Assignments may include teaching an English-as-an-Academic-Second-Language/Academic English (EASL) course or assisting an instructor of an undergraduate course.

To be considered for a Teaching Assistantship, prospective students must submit all application materials by Feb. 1.
