UM's 2026 Model UN Travel Team representing Viet Nam
The award-winning Montana Model UN (MMUN) Team travels to conferences to compete with other collegiate Model UN teams.
Pictured below is the 2026 UM collegiate team, which represented Viet Nam at the prestigious National Model UN collegiate conference in New York, where they earned a Distinguished Delegation Award.
In Spring 2026, the MMUN Team will represent Viet Nam at the National Model UN Conference. Team members toured the UN, attended talks by international scholars and policymakers, and attended ceremonies at UN headquarters.
If you enroll at the University of Montana, we encourage you to take Model United Nations (Political Science 337). Students in the class learn about diplomacy and the UN, plan and staff the MMUN conference, and compete for positions on the traveling team. We hope to see you there!
