The Business Management program offers students five career paths: Entertainment Management, Sustainable Business Strategy, Human Resource Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Sales and Customer Relationships. A bachelor's degree in Business Management leads to many lucrative careers. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 a financial analyst had a median income of $99,890 ($48.02/hour), and a sales manager’s median income was $135,160 ($64.98/hour). Financial planners, marketing managers and human resource manager’s also meet or exceed $100,000 median incomes.

A Business Management degree includes a curriculum full of hands-on experience and networking opportunities. Students use real-world case studies to sharpen their skills and work with local businesses to make a difference in their bottom lines. The College of Business threads real-world experiences throughout the program and partners with industry leaders to ensure the coursework is relevant and addresses emerging business trends.

Through their support, the College of Business awarded more than $600,000 in scholarships to students last year. Clubs and Student Organizations for Business Management Students
The College of Business has some of the most influential student-run clubs and organizations on campus. Members of Grizzly Ventures focus on entrepreneurship objectives, while students in Grizzly Entertainment actively put on shows on campus, in Missoula and across the country. Other student clubs like American Indigenous Business Leaders and REAL Women Co-Lab allow specific communities to come together and share experiences.
The College of Business also sponsors several student opportunities, including start-up challenges, a podcast and the Gianchetta Student Success Center, providing individualized support for advising, career development, internships and more, whether you are on campus or online.
