After a student registers for classes, a bill is generated by Business Services which includes institutional charges and pending financial aid. Before the aid will disburse a student must complete the bill payment process.
Students whose aid does not completely cover the charges will have to pay the remaining balance by the corresponding deadline. If a student's aid covers all charges they still need to complete the bill payment process by paying with their financial aid.
Aid begins arriving the week before classes start for students who have completed the bill payment process. The earliest a student will receive a refund is the Friday before classes start, if they have signed up for direct deposit to their personal banking account.
