J-School Events

The School of Journalism at the University of Montana hosts a number of events in support of its mission to serve students, professionals, and the public.

For up-to-date information about upcoming events, check out the J-School's page on GrizHub.

For high school students, we host a High School Day, full of workshops and field trips, each spring.

Annual lectures include a fall presentation by the Distinguished T. Anthony Pollner Professor and the Dean Stone Lecture, which precedes our annual scholarship and awards banquet.

For students and professionals in the field, we hold an annual Job & Internship Fair in March.
