Group Strategic Pay Request / Individual Strategic Pay Request

Strategic pays may be utilized to address issues regarding recruiting or retaining employees, should it be determined that this is appropriate in specific situations.  This mechanism can be applied either on an individual basis or to groups of employees depending upon the circumstances.  If you believe that a strategic pay may be the most appropriate course of action for your department, please contact the HRS Compensation Office for further details.
