Fall 2023 Commencement

The Fall 2023 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023, in the Adams Center at the University of Montana at 2:00pm.

The FCFC will not be hosting a reception this semester.

Congratulations on nearing the completion of your degree program!  Below are the deadlines and fees for filing graduation paperwork for both graduate and undergraduate students along with links to the electronic applications and other graduation resources.

If you have any questions or need assistance completing your graduation application, please visit the FCFC Student Services Office in FOR 204.

Undergraduate

Graduation Application Deadlines:

• Fall Graduation - Last Friday in April
• Spring Graduation - Second Friday in November
• Summer Graduation - Last Friday in February
• Graduation Fee:  $40

Late applications will be accepted until the following dates with a $15 late fee:

• Fall Graduation - First Monday in October*
• Spring Graduation - First Monday in March*
• Summer Graduation - First Monday in June*

*Graduation applications submitted after this date will be deferred to the following semester.

Bachelor's Graduation Application

Graduate

Graduation Application Deadlines:

• Spring Graduation - First Monday in February
• Summer Graduation - First Monday in June
• Graduation Fee:  $45

Late applications will not be accepted.  There is a $20 fee to move your graduation application to a subsequent semester.
