The Summer 2024 Housing Application Opens March 1 2024. 

Who is eligible to apply for summer housing?

• Spring residents not attending Summer Session who need to extend their spring housing from May 11-19, 2024
• Students with a completed Residence Halls 2024-2025 application
• Students enrolled for Summer Session

Extended Housing: May 11-19

Residents for Spring Semester can request to extend their Spring Semester assignment for a multitude of reasons such as graduation, transportation, etc. Extended Housing is available from May 11 – 19, 2024. Residents will be required to vacate their spring assignment by 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 19.

Please note, UM conducts an annual shutdown of the Heating Plant in order to perform necessary maintenance. The annual shutdown is scheduled for May 11 – 20. During this time, HOT water will not be available within the residence halls.

Knowles Hall Residents are required to vacate no later than 7:00 PM on Monday May 13th.

Summer Housing: May 11 - July 27

Summer housing will be located in Aber Hall from May 11 until July 27. May move in dates will be accommodated based on availability. If your intention is to move to Lewis and Clark and remain through fall semester, complete the Lewis and Clark application. All residents staying in Aber Hall for the summer will be required to vacate by July 27, no exceptions. Spring Residence Halls students will remain in their spring room until an Aber Hall room is available.
