Housing

• Residents will remain in their current spring room. 
• Residents must vacate by 7:00 p.m. on May 19, 2024 (Knowles Hall residents need to vacate by May 13 due to maintenance). Residents needing to stay past May 19 must submit a request for summer session housing rather than the extended spring housing. 
• Air conditioning is not available and air conditioning units are prohibited, so we encourage residents to bring a fan when possible.
• Residents will be charged for damage to the room, cleaning charges, lost mailbox keys, and/or lost access cards.
• Internet (both wireless and Ethernet port) is available in each room. Residents are required to supply their own Ethernet cable.
• Residents who submit an extended housing request will receive an email with additional instructions and details the last week of April. 

Check In

Current spring residents room access will shut off at noon on May 11. Residents will need to visit their Hall's Area Desk between May 6 and noon on May 12 to checkout an extended room access card. Griz Card access will be activated and continue to work for the building and hall doors for the approved extended dates. 

Parking

A parking decal is required to park on campus. Students and guests will be able to register for all their parking needs via the internet. You will also be able to pay for fines through the same site.

This equipment reads license plates and checks them for valid parking arrangements either by permit, guest pass, or pay by hour. The key to this system is to accurately enter your license plate information.
