Extended Housing Charges

Spring Semester residents extending their stay beginning May 11 and vacating by May 19 will be charged $25.00 per night. Extended housing charges will be posted to the students' account in CyberBear. Charges will be posted by the end of May 2024.

Summer Housing Charges

Summer Session residents will be charged $28.00 per night for a double as a single room. Students assigned to a double room will be charged $20.00 per night and a roommate will be assigned. Housing charges will be assessed to your student account in CyberBear when the application is processed.  

Students Living in the Residence Halls for Spring:

Except for Knowles Hall residents, students in the Residence Halls for the Spring Semester will stay in their spring assignment until a room is ready in Aber Hall.

Students Returning to the Residence Halls for Fall:

Summer Housing ends on July 27 and all residents will be required to vacate Aber Hall by 4 p.m. on July 27, 2024. Students with a completed Academic Year 2024-2025 housing application may move to their fall room during the first week of August. Residents will be charged $25.00 per night from July 27- August 19, 2024 (official opening day for fall housing). Please note, the $25.00 nightly rate only applies if you are transferring from your summer room assignment to your fall semester room assignment within the residence hall the first week of August. Residents who vacate Aber Hall by July 27, but do not return to the residence halls until later in August will be charged the early arrival charge of $100.00 per night for arriving prior to August 19.
